Nimona is the other speciality f Banaras, Uttar Pradesh. It is a dish made out of peas. Served during the time of lunch and dinner, the dish is a little spicy and salty. It is served along with chapati and boiled rice. The best time to have it is during the winters when the field are all full of green peas.
